Snow Day

What thirteen inches of snow looks like. No he did not make it to work. While he was able to get out the door, the car was not able to make it down the alley.

Enjoying the promised hot cocoa with tiny marshmallows. I even added an extra candy bar. Delicious!
(Look Molly and Paige. You can see my birthday present in the background.)

Elliot taking pride in his Swedish heritage.

Great pictures!

I have two of that exact same cup Elliot has! Those are my favorites.

Enjoy the snow day - it took Glen 1.75 hours to get to work this morning - usually takes 45 minutes. He called me twice to say, "Do NOT go anywhere today."

Yes dear. So I'm making chocolate chip cookies. Good thing we don't have blizzards every week. I think I've gained 5 lbs this week. It's worse than Christmas. :)

Happy Snow Day Johnsons! Your pictures look so cozy. : )

We watched old videos last night of Ben's baptism and of several birthday parties at the commune and the nostalgia took my breath away.

So many, many, many special memories.

SO thankful you got the snow and we didn't :) We have enough! It is really fun though when you are forced to be home and feel all cozy inside.
